The internal-comms platform with a press desk's discipline
Six departments. One workspace. The internal-comms platform with a press desk's discipline.
The composer asks the writer to declare the audience first, the ask second, and the body last — every time. Templates per announcement type (policy change, leadership update, operational notice, urgent alert) keep the discipline consistent across writers and quarters. Editorial review can be required for certain announcement classes.
Define an audience by role, manager, location, function, hire date, or any custom field from your HRIS. Segments resolve at send time — so an announcement to "people managers in Sweden" hits the right inboxes whether you sent it today or three months from now. Audit trail of who could read what, when.
One announcement, four surfaces: email, Slack, Microsoft Teams, mobile push. The same content, formatted appropriately for the platform, with the platform's expectations honoured. Read receipts roll up across all four into one view.
The view count is the lazy metric. We collect four others that actually correlate with comprehension: time-on-page, scroll depth, link click-through, and required-acknowledgement-by-name where applicable. Cohort analysis by team and tenure lets you see how a message landed across the organisation.
Every send is logged with audience snapshot, content version, and read state. Required-acknowledgement announcements have legal-grade evidence of who read and acknowledged. The records officer has a dashboard built around their workflow, not buried in admin settings.
Tone, length, structure, and voice — defined in the platform, applied as you write. Style-guide checks fire as you compose. Reading-level targeting. Translation workflow for multinational rollouts. The guideline lives where the work happens.
HRIS sync with Workday, BambooHR, Personio, SuccessFactors, ADP. Identity providers via SAML and SCIM. Slack and Microsoft Teams native. Webhooks and a public REST API for everything else. Single-sign-on standard on every tier.
Per-employee per month, with three tiers — Newsroom, Bureau, Group. Implementation included on Bureau and Group.
Most customers go live within four weeks. Larger multinational rollouts take 8–12 weeks including style-guide alignment and HRIS integration. Every implementation is paired with a named editorial consultant — many of them ex-newsroom.
